TPL/PTSC are in a way risking everything they accomplished towards the settlement on agreeing to this NDA. If you compare what the consequences would be if one side or the other broke the NDA then you would realize that TPL/PTSC by far have the most to lose. This should give you an idea of the magnitude of what the J's, etc. want to be kept secret.
