Please excuse me....I should've replaced "you" with "one". The post wasn't directed at you......I was just venting a little at all the people who are getting impatient and trying to get our company to say something they shouldn't. There's too much at risk to try to appease their curiosity and I agree with the speculation that there is work to be done before the settlement details can be finalized re: scope of infringement and USPTO re-ex.
