Then Goerner comes in and buys 200,000(?) shares and we are all wondering how he could do that. Well I guess the answer was there was no restriction on buying because of insider information.

It's a real pain being so wrong isn't it?



I think it was 300K shares. Which is important. Whether is was confidence or craziness, RG invested $100k of his own money in PTSC.
