Sounds like you need to look up the word "arrogance". Then maybe re-read that post.

So the arrogant guy is the one who offers speculation, and begs for criticism. The same guy who, when there's a hint of something wrong with that speculation, discovered by himself or someone else, is first to acknowledge the possible mistake, and clarify for all to see.

But the guy that says, in essence "here's my opinion and it's right, and everyone else is wrong" (insulting most people on this board), is not the arrogant guy. The guy who suggests some non-sensical explanation for the MOU, and gets called on it, and doesn't have the guts to acknowledge that he just might, maybe, be wrong. Instead, he has his chum make a post (reposted here) saying that he's "exactly right", and then gives an even more ludicrus explanation. He too is called on it, but doesn't have the guts to acknowledge that he, too, just might, maybe, be wrong. And neither respond to the posts pointing out the ways in which they are perceived to be wrong. Neither can recognize that they are insulting the intelligence of most everyone here. Maybe they feel it's "beneath them". Maybe, just maybe, THEY are the arrogant one's.

Everyone here witnessed this happen. Here, on this board, where discussion is encouraged - where sound criticism and reasonable alternative explanations are desired. Here, where they no longer post. I wonder why? Maybe because many here don't jump lock-step and agree with what they declare is "reality", because they KNOW EVERYTHING - but they aren't arrogant (?).

I solicit YOUR explanation for all their actions/inactions described above. If you can offer a reasonable explanation, I'll happily concede and at least admit I might be wrong - something we have not yet seen from those you so vigorously defend. And that will be my last post to you, because I will then very likely place you on ignore.
