d2006s. You nailed it. The company has told us numerous times that "they were happy with settlement". " That we received all we were getting"."That there was no more" The only logical explanation I could come away with was that the 3J's infringement was smaller than we believed and that they paid what they owed. Attorney's love to sue, that's where they make the most money, however they also have to believe that they can win. If they settled, it was for a reason. If they were happy, then they must have felt they got what they felt was fair under the circumstances. They weren't as big a fish as we had hoped, but we still have a large ocean left.
