Nice post Ease! I think your scenario makes a lot of sence with what we know. I hope that we receive more from the J's that may show up in the 10K as Virt suggested but You are probably right that TPL did not want to risk losing by a jury decision. Better to save the golden goose for a more appropriate time when the ducks were lined up. As you point out losing the grouping issue for the chip families on so many large corporations may have been overwelming for TPL. I think they have probably learned by there experience and probably is the reason TPL requested seperate lawsuits against the T3 to make it easier to figure out and present infringement data?
