if you read further in to the argument, one of the things being argured
by Quanta is that LG did NOT clearly spell out in the INTEL agreement
that the license did not cover downstream clients.
I think the SC will NOT throw the baby out with the bath water and instead
rule for some changes in HOW the contracts/licenses are evoked.
That's my opinion. Why completley change something that has worked
well for several hundred years? Just tweak it a bit to make it clearer/better
for all involved Just as with our Healthcare system. Don't overhaul
the whole doggone thing. Let's start with guarantee issue down to one
person and then give business owners some help with tax breaks or
supplements to offset the Higher costs they WILL face with guarantee
issue and LOTS more unhealthy people coming in to the insurance pool.
Gotta think ahead as to the ramifications of each and every decision.
Kind of like playing Chess. If I move here or there, then my opponent
will move here of there. What's the best way to go??
And that's how I think Roger Cook/TPL has stategized throughout this
entire process with the MMP..............like a Chess game.
My money's on Roger Cook and a Check Mate. :-))
