PTSC could go to Swartz and say hey, we need your permission to M or A.

Swartz could go...are you kidding? this company is horrid. Request is denide.

But I highly doubt PTSC would approach Swartz (if at all. maybe that's why they are waiting till after May 31, 2008) with a M or A proposal that he wouldn't like.
