Is this new? Or did I miss this in previous discussions?

You missed it between the plethora of conspiracy theories, flat earth delusional thinking (that WAS for the benifit of everyone who wanted to engage it), the arguement on who is/was a true long, who is/was a true basher, who has whose thumb stuck up their butt, who was really trying to bash the price for their benefit, and last but not least, a few that haunt just about every ptsc board they can find, except one (thank you ba). That has turned this one into a relative ghost town compared to what it used to be only a few weeks ago.

FWIW there was some minor discussion on it with mixed results. The gist seemed to be, await (I know, await, await, await) the upcoming USPTO rulings for the real story.
