This article is well said, although it's not good for our business. However, it was the right move from TPL at that stage. Both, TPL and ARM, have very well educated EEs which know what they are talking about.

I am not sure if the infrigment will be possible in case of a succesful reex. of the 584 but due to the strong ARM PR's I think they know that they are save. Concerning the other patents I am not sure about it.
