Well I guess for a cool 1/2 million dollars (salary and cash bonus automatic), options, at least a Mecedes C Class (550 would look nice or a flashy red 350 cabriolet) on a lease at less than 1k per month, plus any expenses needed.

And that is just for maintaining the status quo, now who was it that hired him again?

Win, lose or draw we have another happy exec on board. I would bet if asked they (the collective board) would say they are very happy with this agreement.
