My heart has been broken because I fell in love with a stock. I believed in Gloria and Mr. Pohl and Brian the brain. I cheered with those whose chanted "know what you own".

I now watch our stock back in the twenty cent range. I could not have imagined that a year ago.

So if I take off my rose colored glasses and ask myself WHY.

Could it be that those who know more than I know that we really lost in Texas? The J3 settlement tells them that there will be few if any further signings?

Could it be that those who know more than I know that the California 3 who are suing us may win and we will be the ones paying this time. Paying settlement fees and attorney fees.

Not fun thoughts but nonetheless thoughts that creep into my mind after having my heart broken by the path our stock as taken.

I share these thought because I know there are those smarter than I on this board who may be able to discuss them and explain them away. Hope.
