I can't say that I disagree with your rationale. The question is, do potential investors take the time to learn the full story like the rest of use? Certainly on the surface Mr. Goerner appears to be, by far, the most experienced CEO to date. He may perhaps be the most experienced in the companies history. Once again I still find myself wondering what kind of assistance or obstacles are being placed in front of him by the very company he is trying to build. We can only hope other insiders let the man do his job. I would love to know who recruited him.
