I disagree with portions of your posts. First, if the J3 were small fish.....we would not have wasted so much time and energy putting a case together against them. If that logic is to be applied then why are we not filing suit against all infringers big and tiny?

Second, we do not know that we received more monies than the cost of our legal fees. The prior quarter had a figure in the millions which many felt reflected legal fees already incurred in the J3 proceedings. The last quarter showed a profit, however, it also reflects income from all those other licensees signed during the quarter. Corrections welcome.
