Wow! I forgot it was about Fraud. No guessing here re: guilt. Fraud is possibly THE MOST difficult thing to prove in court, because you have to prove INTENT (and not a typo or silly mistake causing the appearance of fraud). They must have really had "the goods" on them (beyond reasonable doubt). I sure hope our guys are watching those guys! The good thought is that that last "problem" probably scared the pee-pee out of them, so they'd be less likely....
