Don't misunderstand me. I have no love or hate for "Lecky". Frankly, I don't know much about him, just what others here have posted. I am wary of TPL trying to take advantage of the PTSC situation and thus hurt me as a shareholder, but I'm not hateful of Leckrone for that, I'm just concerned. I would consider it a shrewd business move if he were able to execute that to his benefit, and my ire would be more directed to PTSC's BOD & Management than at him in that instance.

I was actually trying to solicit some insight into the reasons (other than trying to get the MMP for $7.5M plus royalties) that Leckrone has such a bad rap. I assumed part of it has to do with these references that he nearly went to prison. I don't know if that's true or not, and wanted some clarification. If you have any, please share.
