You have it exactly right. If PTSC knows or has good reason to believe that Swartz is continuing to sell, why put extra money in his pocket? And why spend more than you have to? If Swartz is selling everything then on any given day Swartz would have more available to sell than PTSC could buy. There is no way PTSC can keep it from going down. Pehaps not as quickly as it would otherwise. All IMHO Opty
