Nice post Ease I agree with you. Lets knock off the TPL conspiracy theory crap until after the USPTO ruling. Why would TPL risk breaching the agreement with PTSC when there is $2B dollars or more out there to collect from infringers. They don't need 100% of the MMP to get rich. There are reasons for us trading where we are. The USPTO is the issue that needs resolved before we get bigger fees from any company. Until that happens the SP will suffer. Lets focus on what's important now and that is the USPTO re-validation issue. Isn't that really what it's all about right now?
