I believe the contract would have to have the same effect on TPL, if they decided to terminate, or it would in itself be noll and void.
This is all part of why I am not concerned about the agreements being terminated. Looks like we are both hog-tied to each other whether we like it or not.
It would be interesting to actually see the marketing agreements referred to in the commericalization agreeement. I can't see PTSC letting TPL get away with side agreements that we are not privy to, as some have alluded. Why would they agree to that?
