Based on the unknowns (how much of overall revs apply to infringing products) I could very much agree with you (that Sony didn't get off cheap), if Sony actually paid the $16.8 million. For some reason I seem to recall that at the time of the 10q with Sony numbers coming out someone had backed into a number closer to $ 5 million. Anyone remember that? If not, I will go back (a little later) to see what I can figure out.
