How 'bout we think through that Sony deal. While I agree that things there "look a little fishy", they did pay what, $20M?

Is that out of line when compared to what Intel paid? AMD? Ah, but those deals were "strategic". And what did the company/TPL say about Sony? "Strategic".

It occurs to me that it's a bit strange that people jump to conclusions re: the Sony deal, but are willing to accept the proposition that the J2.5 paid so little because they didn't infringe that much. Compare the combined sales of the J2.5 against Sony. Heck, Sony paid way too much!
