I find it most amazing that we have yet to see an initial office action re the 336. Were all three challenges to the 336 roughly filed during the same time period (within 4 months of each other)? If that is the case, then how can the initial office action from the USPTO be anything but a final office action revalidating the 336.

It is ridiculous to think that it will have taken all this fing time only to initially reject the 336 when they probably could've initially rejected at the same time the rejected the '148 and '584.
