The past is definitely not the past. There were opportunities to grow the company, yet we have highly compensated BOD members who chose to place the interests of one shareholder above others. That is what we have to judge the future growth of this company on. Remember, the M & A strategy has been in place for at least the time DP talked about his umbrella strategy. Its a dirty little secret that M & A's require cash. The BOD knew this and chose to shovel big bucks out the door. What, beyond wishful thinking, will make the leopard change his spots?
