Im good because Sony of the 45 companies that signed... Sony is in the top 5 ranking MMP licenses paid so far. (based on the information we know of.... higher than (AMD, NEC, Sharp, etc) on par with Intel & Nokia.

Maybe your estimations of infringement numbers are alittle lofty....??

I'd like to see the second phase of "pricing" the MMP occur..... maybe we are seeing it with the t3 lawsuit? who knows...

Just havent seen anything from TPL/Alliacense that would say otherwise... they have already signed 45+ licenses to the tune of$200 million... thats pretty good.. ill give them the benefit of the doubt....they are out to maximize the highest revenue they can from each license...
