I agree with your post and especially with this sentence and I appreciate the clear words, Ron has written.

BUT for me this raises an important question:

WHO ARE HIS SOURCES and what does this mean for the recent non-communications strategy from the CEO/BoD regarding the settlement terms?

How is it possible, that someone from outside the company gets to know "officially called secrets"?

On the one hand, the company states, there is NO WAY to tell more about the settlement and on the other hand, we have to read, that there are sources, who deliver information outside the company.

And the information, that the settlement money is all we've seen in the 10Q, is not only important information, but it is the MAIN INFORMATION, we all were and are waiting for since half a year!

My concerns are NOT against Ron, but against those, who work at or for PTSC:

More and more it seems, we do NOT know, what we own - and who is feeling responsible for it.

Nevertheless, let's hope for the best - glta
