"I will not, in the limited context of this letter, recount all the information contained in our April 9, 2008 earnings release, which fully reflects the financial results of all transactions announced prior to the end of January 2008. PDS-related licensing activities"
I would guess that covers it, if there were more money coming from the Js then the 10Q would not fully reflect the financial results of these transactions.
A transaction is an agreement, communication, or movement carried out between separate entities or objects, often involving the exchange of items of value, such as information, goods, services and money.

TRANSACTION - An agreement between two or more persons, who for the purpose of preventing or putting an end to a law-suit, adjust their differences by mutual consent, in the manner which they agree on; in Louisiana this contract must be reduced to writing.
Transactions regulate only the differences which appear to be clearly comprehended in them by the intentions of the parties, whether they be explained in a general or particular manner, unless it be the necessary consequence of what is expressed; and they do not extend to differences which the parties, never intended to include in them.
To transact, a man must have the capacity to dispose of the things included in the transaction. In the common law this is called a compromise.

The terms of their settlement include the grant by the TPL Group of rights under the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio to Toshiba, Matsushita and JVC and their respective subsidiaries.

As the scope and range of the rights granted have not been made publicly available, they would appear to be covered by the MOU and NDA. As such, how is it possible to state "as a fact" that there is no more money coming from the J's?
Without sight of the MOU, it is impossible to determine what, if any, further payments might be forthcoming, for example, a temporary grant pending the USPTO determinations.
Until such time that any legal expert can credibly explain why the Court retains jurisdiction of a case which has allegedly reached full and final settlement, I shall continue to doubt that assumption.
Be well
