Do you understand the actual meaning of "insider information"? Do you know which SEC Regulation actually governs this issue? Based on this knowledge, what do you see as the problem issue here and who has transgressed and what have they transgressed?

I am being very serious here. The commentary being thrown around here is either misinformed, or disingenuous. I'd like to know where you come down on the issue.
