Dear Mr. Goerner,

according to a post, written on the PTSC Yahoo Messsaging Board from a shareholder, who is well-known to Patriot because of two shareholder letters he edited, he received final confirmation and information about the outcome of the settlement between TPL/PTSC and Matsushita, NEC and Toshiba in 12/07.

What is highly alarming to me, is the following sentence made by this person:

"I have confirmed this with my sources close to PTSC, and I have no reason to disbelieve them. "

How is it possible, that the result of the financial implications of the settlements, which weren't officially disclosed by Patriot, and more, which mustn't be disclosed because of the NDA, can get outside your company to ONE shareholder?

You may agree, that this is not acceptable to me as an investor in your company, that confidential information, which would be critical for my investment and possible decisions regarding this investment, is handed over to ONE shareholder instead to ALL shareholders.

Thus I'm requesting (to be honest: I'm urging) you as the responsible CEO of Patriot Scientific to make a clear statement, if it is in any way possible, that confidential information is able to leak out your company.

I hope you understand my concerns, thank you very much for your attention and your answer.
