I'll give you my thoughts. I hate jumping back into the same old tired topics but we shouldn't worry about TPL. The last time I checked they didn't force us to push a large percentage of our cash out in dividends. They may very well have a high burn rate but I'll bet you they still have a larger percentage of their cash on hand versus PTSC. The longer I've owned this, 2 years 2 months, the more I've come to realize this situation is more complicated than I originally understood. Perhaps some of PTSC's earlier legal moves put TPL in a position they did not want to be in, yet. Look I'm not letting PTSC mgmt off the hook. I still believe and will continue to believe they have made several errors since the MMP revenue stream began flowing. TPL can't be held responsible for decisions that PTSC's mgmt makes. If the PTO takes longer than expected who can we blame, other than ourselves, if our cash position isn't enough? We virtually have no burn rate, except dividends. Hopefully Mr. Goerner will stick to his guns and other insiders will support him.

I assumed the last few weeks, with no signings, have been a direct result of the Q. If I were a potential infringer certainly waiting for the USPTO revalidation makes plenty of since now. It has become pretty obvious that there is a dollar range on the value of a license and TPL is willing to accept it. I believe most companies will pay if our patents are upheld. I just think the rules of the game have changed for now. When you hear Alliacense talking of increased license cost it's probably better to stay rationale and not start thinking absurd numbers. As far as a timeframe goes I believe several posters have given information that implies we are fairly close to a ruling on the 148 and possibly the 336. Corrections welcome. Besides your a "Horn" I thought you guys knew everything??????
