Yes, I sent an email to Ken at Hawk and requested him to forward my question to answer the USPTO contingency theory questio in regards to licenses to date that were purchased or granted. The email from someone at PSTC stated there were no such contingencies.

My email was the example that Ronran referenced in his second post yesterday concerning insider sources/information.

Perhaps my question was answered because someone at PTSC did not feel it was new information but clarification of previous statements concerning license transactions.
