If PTSC can acquire a company that has a STEADY $30M annual positive cash flow that it can COUNT on, and potentially grow, and there were NO new signings EVER, do you really think that we would be in the same predicament?

I agree, M&A PLUS additional signings is better, but I certainly think that a steady positive cash flow, that can be improved and leveraged again into other M&A's, even if there were no more MMP deals were signed, puts us on better footing than we are now. And even then, we KNOW there will be additoinal MMP license deals, we just don't know when and for how much.
