Perhaps "ongoing oversight" is a bit of a stretch - but got the point across. What I'm suggesting is that if one side "perceives" non-compliance, they would alert JW, advise of the concern, and the Judge would assess whether there is an actual "non-compliance", then initiate/direct appropriate/prescribed action per the MOU.
