you think this will help Speed things Up at the USPTO?

I thought reexams got the Fast Track. And reexams with litigation

was supposed to be really fast.........."thought I read like 3 months"

NOT!

I think the USPTO rule book needs to be updated. lol

Anyway, do you have an clues as to what is happening at the PTO?

That is a confusing website. Why all the back and forth to

these record rooms and the file repository? I have no clue. I did read and

post "one thing" I found at the Patent Barista website that said a

patent goes to the repository prior to getting it's issue date or in our

case, reissued. I think emtenester, didn't agree with the Patent Barista.

Any insight would be appreciated from those who own patents and

have lived through this process. TIA
