As I've said several times now, Dutton may not have reached their price targets but, they certainly had no problem calling mgmt out on the carpet in April. One would have to assume PTSC is into sadomasochism if you are to believe they like paying for a service that whips them in public. I'm pretty sure that's not the case. Dutton moved up the ladder a few notches after the April report, IMO.
