If it's Ken's answer and he doesn't know, then he could say "could be a factor", no?

I probably should have clarified - Ken's first response was that the question was being forwarded to the company for a response and then what I posted was the response received from Ken after that. So I treat "communication with Ken" or "communication with Hawk" the same as "communication with PTSC". Sorry for any confusion.
