I think the rich have to take some responsibility for being enablers.

People need to take responsibility for their own actions. You can always blame someone else.

We all know about temptations, and at the time seem to forget about something called consequence until we are painfully reminded. I've been victumized myself in the past, was in IRS hell for ten years because of a shady business partner. But I paid what I owed, didn't default, and learned a valuable lesson and believe me it wasn't easy. All those stories you hear on TV about the IRS are true. But I am the one who made certain decisions and got myself in that perticament and I paid my way out, every penny.
