Judging by what I have read recently from our esteemed panel of posters, our boys are extending as they hope for USPatent Office to complete their review. This decision from PO will determine our course. Similar to what they did with J3 and when the review did not happen in time, we settled for peanuts. Anyone else coming to that conclusion? One difference is that we are not only the plaintiffs but also the defendent as we also are being sued.
