I really don't think so. It's the silence. And almost everyone I know is hurting or worried about finances, what with the economy. And Swartz might still be dumping some.
The thing I think about more these days is the fact that the licensing momentum as drawn to a crawl, or stopped completely. But, IMO, the reason for this is pretty obvious. The re-cert of just one patent in re-exam, IMO, will completely change the playing field. Our negotiating position will be greatly enhanced. Hold out for the greater advantage! But, along these lines, IMO, with a re-cert, I don't really expect licensing to re-commence immediately. It'll be "back to the table" time, and time must be allowed for re-negotiations with our stronger base.
Of course, having said all that, we'll probably get a license announcement after the close, just to foul up my current delusions!
All JMHOs, and I KNOW nuttin'!
