Start at the bottom and read up.
Disclaimer: Certain parts were edited only to make clear who responded to what.
It appears that Ron, Ease, and whoever said no more money would be coming were right. I am disappointed to say the least.
P.S. My next email ask who requested the NDA

Hi Rich,

"Am I to assume that their will be more, in some form, forthcoming from the settlements?..Hawk:
No; In the 5/12/2008 shareholder letter, it was mentioned that,
"..While all licensees to date have chosen lump sum front-end buy-outs, TPL continues to offer an on-going royalty payment option in new customer agreements and future license agreements could include on-going royalties.."

..If not, why the NDA?"Hawk:
A contractual condition of the settlement was that the terms remain confidential.

Mr. Goerner's comments were specifically targeted to address investor expectations regarding the financial attributes of the settlement and their reflection in the Company's reported operating results for the third fiscal quarter. Nevertheless, a contractual condition of the settlement was that the terms remain confidential, so no specific or additional information can be disclosed.

CenturyCom wrote:Ken or Frank,Could you tell me if the NDA is still in effect. I believe that the CEO (RG)announced that all revenue has been recieved from the Japanesse settlements. If that is the case then what would be the need for the NDA to still be in effect? Of course, other than misleading investors and potential licensees. This is a very important issuethat needs to be addressed. Thanks,
