I'm believe there is more to this NDA issue than most believe. I started thinking about how PTSC has handled things starting with Biajj. The reality is the December NDA was the second one we've faced. The first one came when the company muzzled Brian with the original NDA. On the surface it appears the move was made to allow him to participate in the inner circle but the more this story unfolds, I believe that wasn't the case. I'm sure he doesn't want to believe he was victimized but I think that's exactly what occurred. The company wanted their biggest supporter and critic sidelined while they made their moves. The question is, what are those moves? Did Swartz remove the old mgmt because Leckrone convinced him a partnership or merger would be more financially beneficial? Look at what has transpired the entire time the shareholder rep was under guard so to speak. Now look at our second dose of an NDA in December and the end result. This company is all about maneuvering secretly and without transparency. The result is 390 million + shares, 3 dividends, 3 CEO's, 2+ years of "Umbrella Strategies", and a new 52 week low. I know some people will think I've lost my marbles but, the S/P is starting to tell a story and I can't ignore it anymore. This is more than just market manipulation. It's about a company intentially allowing the price to tank but for what reason? It's not because of some lame buy-back program. At this rate it will be 2015 before any meaningful quantities could be accumulated by Patriot. I also don't believe it has anything to do with the pending USPTO decision. No, I'm of the opinion that a coordinated effort is being made to achieve something specific, I just don't know what that is and if it 's good for retail.
Hopefully GE is correct and we'll hear news from the USPTO shortly. I'm building a new home and don't need anymore stress. I've got enough people trying to get into my wallet as it is. I'm done posting for a while. Good luck to everyone, we need it.
