According to the "Commercialization Agreement", TPL is required to report income to PDS 60 days after quarter calendar end. So, does this mean they can delay announceing a license...IMO yes. I am not saying they do delay announcements, rather, it just seems to me that they could, but honestly don't have a clue. Hope things are good.
