My intentions tipped to an MM?? Your limit you said is .20 right? My buy order is not going to drive down the SP. MM's can see those below market bids can't they? The volume & activity going on right now at the .23 levels will determine that. If the MM's know they can sell to you at .20 wouldn't they try to work the market down in order to activate your transaction?
