My point was that it began with the announcement of the settlement and has continued since. Each significant wound compounds the health problem.

Also you ask about Q over Q earnings. My DD based on the company's public statements is...NO WAY. The payments have decreased (again based on SEC info) and the agreements have dried up. Unless they hit the big one with their investments I beleive the 4th Q will be less than the 3rd Q.

As far as I can see, my interest is in the USPTO decision and what that will do. As I said earlier, it had better be good and be out before the 10k is posted in August.
