One of my concerns is that Alliacense felt like the Quanta vs. LG case was important enough to dedicate some of their web space towards the subject along with the pending patent legislation. I don't want to over react, at the same time I believe if Alliacense thinks the issue is worth discussing the implication would be a negative ruling could have an impact on their ability to license in some form or fashion. Perhaps the bigger issue will be the time associated with the courts trying to figure out how to apply the change to their perspective cases and how that may hold up the MMP licensing activity. I have a strange feeling that if the subject was worthy of their time then it had to have been for a reason. Patriot Scientific has moral and ethical obligation to address this SC decision in a timely manner. If shareholders are over reacting then they need to set us straight. That's the sign of a faithful public company. We deserve better. Karma has funny way of revealing itself. Mr. Swartz and company will get theirs some day if in fact they have been part of a master plan to deceive. Let's hope Rick Goerner, CEO of Patriot Scientific, has the moral fiber to calm the masses if he in fact has information that would do that.
