Excellent posts this morning from most.
Paul,
You hit home on an excellant point. One more hurdle is cleared as it would appear that the SC ruling will have very little or no impact on the MMP licensing efforts.
The last hurdle standing is the USPTO decision. As Green Eyes source suggests we may see something very soon.
What else is there standing in our way? I see no other hurdles on the horizon.
With a positive USPTO ruling this will start getting very interesting IMO.
I wonder what early settlers migrating to the west thought after passing through the Rocky mountains to see the Cascades or the Sierras standing before them. The long journey had been difficult. hostile indians, disease, hunger, exhaustion, weather, rivers, mountains, canyons, deserts all lay in there way of reaching the land of milk and honey in the California and Oregon territories. How tough would it have been to give up so close to the end. Are we nearing the summit of the Sierras or the cascades in our journey with PTSC? Perhaps the land of milk and honey is very close for all of us.
All the best,
Steve
