What I find worth discussing is the silence by the company.

One would have assumed, that a company, which cares for its shareholders, would publish an announcement to explain this piovital legal decision in order to calm down the people.

With NOT doing this, it's just another hint, that the company seems not only to accept the tanking of the shareprice, but is "happy" with it.

I've said it several times (and I guess, someone also wrote this some days ago):

Mr. Goerner is a "real" CEO, he plays it hard, if it fits in his plan - thus I'm quite "sure", that his private purchases of PTSC shares in March were nothing but a bluff (remember the sudden rise in price and volume). IMO "someones" had the goal to sell and buy shares in a bigger volume - and it worked perfectly.
