I'm not sure how to decipher your post as it doesn't really make sense as written. Here's what I can clarify with respect to my post though:
- There is nothing inaccurate in the numbers in my post as they are based on the SEC filings and are very apparent and clear if you take the time to read the filings.
- The last 10q INCLUDED all licenses signed (J's included) prior to end of January. That INCLUDED TEAC through Psion for sure according to Rick Goerner, and according to today's Dutton note, it also included Tokyo Electron from February. The PDS revenues for that time period were $27.92M as I noted. How much of that was from the J's it's hard to say but any money received from the J's IS included in that $27.92M as clarified ad nauseum by the company.
- Furthermore, there is no disputing that the MMP HAS brought in $242.77M and counting as I posted. Of that $242.77, Fujitsu paid $31.6M, Sony paid some portion of the $25.75M from Q107, NEC paid $15.99M and Toshiba, Matsushita, JVC and NECELAM paid some portion of the $27.92M received last quarter.
