As the list indicates, it is a partial list. Considering there have been 46 licenses signed to date, and there are 41 name listed, that leaves ONLY 5 off of that list, hence the reference to it being a partial list. APC (American Power Conversion) is one of the missing though they are part of Schnieder Electric, and the other four are the J's. Even though they are missing from the list here, they are still Licensees of the MMP.
It is stated as such in several PR's, but so that you can be sure they are licensed, look at the recent 10q which says they are licensees. So based on the Dutton report (IF it is accurate), there are four deals that were done before the end of last quarter that will be part of his quarter instead, so the last quarter's results should be considered as covering 13 licenses for the MMP.
