Might also be an announcement of a new BOD (????) Just a thought.

If I had to bet, I'd say the news/letter will be about the 148 re-exam. Why all the talk about the re-exam "now" when it's really never been mentioned much before? - and we do know it's probably coming this week. A positive re-exam would definitely be "something to crow about". I think M&A will happen further down the road because we need more $$$$.
