Licensing IP is different than preparing IP for patent applications. Both are going to require PTSC cash. Secondly, the ambiguity in the 8-K almost certainly tells me that are going to go through our current structure to implement licensing, from this mushroom's standpoint.....

2) My position on the 8-K is that this deal is a material event and shareholders should have the knowledge available to make an informed decision........The 8-K released provides nothing more than a wooly blanket for the mushrooms.....
